  • With Essentials & Full Monty Packages you set up your own Google Analytics GA4 account. Once you provide us with your GA4 tag, and we’ll add it to your site.

Your monthly hosting covers:

  • Domain registration (if applicable)
  • Secure host server (where your site sits)
  • Monthly website backups
  • Monthly website updates (plugins, security patches, latest versions)
  • Ongoing security monitoring
  • Yes, but due to the complexities of transferring a website, an additional fee applies.

No, we do not handle marketing or promotion. However, we recommend promoting through:

  • Social media
  • Email newsletters
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Artist communities & online directories
  • Yes! Upgrades are charged at our hourly rate.
  • Additional work is charged at our hourly rate. To make efficient use of time, we recommend batching your product or content updates.
  • Switching templates requires a full rebuild and is not included in standard packages. If you’d like to rebrand with a new template, contact us for a custom quote.
  • If it’s an issue related to standard hosting (e.g., software updates, server downtime), we will handle it as part of your hosting fee.
  • If it’s due to something you added or changed, it will be charged at our hourly rate to fix.
  • Yes! While Full Monty includes 50 product uploads, you can add more products yourself at any time. If you need us to upload more, we charge at our hourly rate..
  • As part of Essentials & Full Monty packages we set up your payment gateway, Powered by WooCommerce, so you can start accepting payments right away. You only need to provide us with your payment gateway, e.g, PayPal, Stripe, login details.
  • We can create a new email address for you and provide you with the necessary details so you can set it up with your email service.
